BlockClaim is a free game. Playing it means agreeing to the following, which is deliberately short.
The game
It is provided as it is, free of charge, with no promise that it will always be available or free of faults. It is a game, not a service anything depends on. It may change, and it may one day stop.
Prisms and cosmetics
Prisms are earned by playing and have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, exchanged for money, or transferred between accounts. Items unlocked with them are a licence to use them inside the game, not property. Balances may be adjusted where a fault or an exploit produced them.
There is nothing to buy today and no advertising in the game. Should either change, this page and the privacy policy will be updated before it does, not after — and anything already earned stays earned.
Playing fairly
Please do not:
- Modify the game or its traffic to gain an advantage, or to award yourself Prisms the rules did not.
- Use a name, or draw a map, that is abusive, hateful, or would be unpleasant for a stranger to be shown.
- Automate play, or arrange results with another account, to farm rewards.
- Disrupt the service for other people.
Accounts that do these things may be reset or removed.
What you make
Maps you draw stay yours. They are kept on your own device, and are sent to another player only when you invite them to play one. By sending a map to somebody, you allow the game to pass it to them and to run the match on it.
Other players
Online games put you in front of strangers, who choose their own display names. Names are checked for shape, not for meaning, and something unpleasant can get through. If it does, please say so at the address below.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from using the game, including lost progress. Signing in is the way to keep progress safe across devices; it is still worth not relying on it for anything that matters to you.
